My daughter and I were talking the other day about keeping a journal of medical problem/test results/history on family and I decided to do her up something to keep all of this in ... so this is the results I altered a spiral book I found in the $2 bin at a local store ....

    Well Done . . I was having a conversation about this idea last night with someone and noting how much stuff ( and for me so much paper) we hang onto in our time here .. but then what happens to it all .. a gift like this would be a valuable thing for those down the line.
