Couldn't sleep so I did some altering ........ yep it's an old silver spoon from the Albert Pick Hotels cir 1942 ... just did a little wire and bead work then some flowers and a butterfly ....... click to enlarge
Hello Linda. I just happened upon your wonderful blog via a comment that 'Nancy' left on my blog. Love your spoon, I had never heard of alterd spoons until a short time ago when I took part in an altered spoon sawp! I have lots to learn after looking at yours!!
I have altered spoons, but none looked as lovely as this one. I am impressed with the horizontal presentation and also how you used that to your advantage to add the beads. Great presentation and imagination.
I love, love, love this altered spoon. It is beautiful.
