A scrap collage challenge

 the only rules were to only make it from scraps and collage anyway or any size

the collage is on an 8 1/2 x 11 inches piece of cardstock that was coffee dyed

the small brown paper bag holds this bookmark that is blank on the back for notes if needed

the back pocket holds a small tablet for taking notes

the little owl is a metal charm that was a happy mail gift it is colored with alcohol inks

In honor of Chinese New Year but I didn't have anything with an Ox on it so just ladies and a dragon

 This is another Junk Journal Page ... I used some fabric as well as cardstock, the strip on the right-hand side of the lady is a serendipity technique using scraps on double-sided tape and embossing powder ...

Doing some pouches

 ok so you ask what is a pouch ... well, in this case, it's taking an ATC or Baseball card plastic sheet holder and cutting it into individual protectors then adding cardstock that extends enough to make a flap over the top and decorating and filling it with little goodies ... oh FYI if you make these don't try to glue the plastic to the cardstock it WON'T stick use double-sided tape ...

Starting 2021 Junk Journal pages

 ok so this is a Valentine theme and I will be swapping it with an art partner in an online group I have been in for 18 or so years ...

front of the page with flip-up angel pocket and a small vellum pocket at the bottom and a big tag in the top of the page pocket is embossed with Tim Holtz Valentine folder, the small swatch of fabric stitched in red is also from Tim Holtz Idea-logy stitched scraps ... the photo shows the grosgrain ribbon as darker than the big-ticket at the top and the fabric scrap and the word crayons on the playing card in the small vellum pocket but they are the same color

tags and journaling card inside the flip-up pocket, the tag was embossed with an old Anna Griffin folder and the Rolodex tab card with Tim Holtz Valentine folder from a few years back, the cupid stamp and Happy Valentine ticket are from Tim Holtz several years ago

the back has an embossed heart pocket I used a Sizzx embossing folder for that it has a die-cut of cupid that is a mover and shaper from Tim Holtz years back done from glitter paper

inside the pocket, I put this vintage Valentine that a friend sent me a few years back and another tag that have stamp images that are so old you can't get them anymore, and a digital rose ticket
