2 more Hanging ATC's

Hanging ATC


I had such fun with the other 2 I decided to do another one .... I made Momogami background paper for this one, then added bits and peices, put in a little micro beading bottom right, another image from vintage playing cards some paper flowers enhanced with glitter gel pen/glitter glue/beads and ARTchix Gold German scrap ... piece is 2.5x3.5" + beads & German scrap ... click for larger view

Hanging ATC's



these are done with alcohol inks background, book page scrap, playing card image, ARTchix black German scrap, a few bobbles, bangles & beads and a little bit of fiber ribbon ..... piece is 2.5x3.5" ... click for larger image .... the little lady on the right has gone to Rhonda Bell's house to live and I know she will be happy there the alpaca and kittens to keep her company

Cloth-Paper-Scissors magazine recipe card swap



This is a favorite family recipe for Congo Squares (similar to chocolate chip cookies but better) anyway the swap rules say you use your recipe and then embellish it and put it into a vinyl casing with floaters .... my floaters are a small domino and a 1959 penny ... I started making this recipe back then for the family, Mom & Dad's 42 game sessions and family reunions .... the guys in our family make these also and it's over 50 years of tired and true and this is a copy of the original card I wrote for myself back in 1959 ...... I thought this was a fun project and wanted to share the idea with you

A Chain of Friends

This was a child’s suitcase I altered for a friend, her favorite holiday is Halloween ……. the size is large enought she can put all kinds of Halloween things inside

Our daughter graduated with a BFA in Costume Design and I wanted to give her a special gift of her work while she was in college ….. so I took this wallpaper book and altered it with her sketches and awards

Okay, incase you don’t know what to do with an Altered Book … I made this to commemorate my nephews wedding … they think it is much better than a traditional album and they keep it on the coffee table all the time
