What can you do with Formica samples

Juliette was wondering what you could do with Formica samples so this is to show what I have done with them .... the first one is just covered with paper then add a small bulldog clip so it looks like a clip board then the smaller sample size is covered with paper and along with a dog tag is added for embellishment .... the second, third & fourth are from a small book I made using the samples as the covers then drilled holes to stitch the leather for the spine ....

These are great. I had done tiny clipboard with these for Xmas gifties last year and they're so fun to do. I LOVE your book - what a wonderful idea. Was it hard to drill the holes? Hmmm, wonder if the cropadile would do the trick.

I love these! I especially like the little book one. I have always been intriqued by those little samples but never really thought about using them in art. I definately will be picking some up when I get a chance!

I love all of these ideas, especially the small book. It looks like the hardware store better stock up on more of these formica samples!!
