At the retreat we drew names for people to work in our Junk Journals and these are the 3 people's work that drew my name .....

This one I did with things I was given during the retreat and the little watch was a make-n-take

"G" is for Glitter & Gold

but not all that Glitters is Gold .... the right page says "there are faerie wings, snow, crystals, diamonds, Children's Eyes and dew drops on flowers ... you only have to open your eyes to see what is Precious ...

A wonderful friend gave me this great art journal ... she started it with background papers and odd bits of pages and I am to make it come to life ...... this is my first work and I am so excited about working all thru these great pages ..... I will continue to post as I complete pages ... I am really more of a visual journalist but I am trying to write personal things in this one to go with the visual .......
